Client Performance Strategies Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct client training sessions both on-site and virtually.

• Initiate and lead training programs for new or existing clients at their preferred locations.

• Facilitate extended virtual training and coaching sessions over multiple weeks.

• Deliver program demonstrations for significant prospects alongside the CPS sales team as needed.

• Strengthen Allied’s relationship with essential client contacts during on-site visits.

• Organize and provide facilitation for newly licensed client trainers.

• Support new client facilitators through methods such as co-facilitation, shadowing, observation, and coaching.

• Plan and manage travel efficiently to minimize costs.

• Organize calendars and scheduling for all CPS facilitators.

• Offer guidance and assistance to external facilitators.

• Onboard new Allied trainers effectively.

• Provide coaching on best practices for Allied CPS facilitators.

• Improve Allied facilitator tools and resource repository.

• Manage the Allied facilitator training schedule.

• Monitor and submit invoices for facilitators.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience is required.

• Preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in facilitating Integrity Solutions programs.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilitating independent or corporate training programs is required.

• Must be comfortable and skilled in facilitating virtually using platforms such as Teams, Zoom, etc.

• Experience with credit unions and/or financial institutions is preferred.

• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Must obtain the necessary certification and licensing to train in Integrity Solutions or other partner programs.

• Significant travel is anticipated, estimated at 60% of the year.
