Home Care Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver home assistance services to elderly care clients

• Conduct general housekeeping tasks and make beds

• Clean, mop, and vacuum the floors

• Wash, fold, and iron laundry items

• Prepare meals and handle grocery shopping

• Offer social support and transportation to lifestyle activities

• Assist family caregivers by providing them respite or helping with other tasks

• Work autonomously and devise solutions to daily challenges

• Seek assistance from a manager when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience needed

• USI number is mandatory

• Open class Australian Driver's Licence required

• Must possess an insured and roadworthy vehicle

• Interest in community or aged care services (experience preferred but not mandatory)

• Statutory Declaration is required before starting

• National Police check must be completed prior to commencement

• Working Rights check is necessary before starting

• Pre-employment functional assessment is required before commencement
