UI/UX Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create visually engaging and user-friendly websites tailored for various industries and business sizes.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs from initial concept to final approval.

• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design intentions are effectively realized in the final websites.

• Adhere to project requirements, timelines, and established brand guidelines.

• Implement UX and conversion optimization strategies to enhance usability and user engagement.

• Organize and maintain well-structured, scalable design systems and project files.

• Integrate stakeholder feedback while upholding design quality and consistency.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in web design.

• Robust portfolio showcasing modern, responsive websites that have been successfully launched.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and design systems.

• Strong comprehension of responsive web design and mobile-first design principles.

• Solid foundation in UX, UI, and design focused on conversion.

• Experience in designing websites for Shopify and WordPress platforms.

• Familiarity with website structure, layouts, and theme customization from a designer's viewpoint.

• Understanding of accessibility best practices, such as color contrast, typography, navigation, and inclusive design.

• Exceptional visual design skills, encompassing typography, spacing, composition, color theory, and hierarchy.

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively contributing to a remote team.

• Preferred: experience in creating design systems and reusable UI component libraries.

• Preferred: knowledge of website analytics or conversion rate optimization principles.

• Preferred: basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Preferred: experience in a digital agency or managing multiple client brands concurrently.

• Preferred: awareness of current web design trends, interaction patterns, and emerging UX best practices.
