UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Create modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for AllCare's digital products, websites, landing pages, and various digital experiences.

• Convert product specifications and user requirements into user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interaction flows.

• Develop detailed responsive designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Establish and sustain scalable design systems, reusable components, typography, icons, spacing standards, and UI patterns.

• Craft seamless experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices by applying responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure that designs are feasible, well-documented, and accurately executed.

• Evaluate implemented interfaces, identify inconsistencies or usability challenges, and work together through the final production phase.

• Utilize user feedback, analytics, and behavioral insights to pinpoint friction areas and enhance usability and conversion rates.

• Assist in designing and refining websites, landing pages, and other digital experiences while ensuring consistent brand identity.

• Work in partnership with product, engineering, marketing, creative, and leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, web design, or a closely related field.

• An outstanding portfolio that showcases strong visual design abilities and a thoughtful approach to user experience.

• A portfolio featuring polished designs for web, SaaS, products, or applications with clear demonstrations of both UI and UX perspectives.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto layout, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.

• Comprehensive knowledge of user flows, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and user-centered design principles.

• Strong grasp of typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition, color, and visual consistency.

• In-depth understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

• Experience in creating, maintaining, and utilizing scalable component libraries and design systems.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with front-end developers and comprehending how designs translate into production.

• Familiarity with modern front-end technologies and workflows, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.

• Capability to independently transform product requirements, user challenges, or rough concepts into polished, production-ready experiences.

• Comfort in managing multiple projects, quickly incorporating feedback, and taking ownership from concept to implementation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
