UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Define project requirements and develop visual graphics, encompassing illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Conceptualize and implement design ideas in accordance with brand standards and project guidelines.

• Oversee multiple design initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively to adhere to deadlines.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to gain insights into requirements and objectives.

• Produce graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to execute design projects.

• Coordinate with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and ensure successful implementation.

• Set the creative direction while adhering to company brand guidelines.

• Manage projects within the confines of design specifications and budgetary considerations.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Remain informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a creative or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.

• Strong analytical, time management, and organizational capabilities.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
