UI Designer – Fintech, Design System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, document, and sustain components and patterns within the Design System.

• Establish system governance, which encompasses change proposals, version control, and communication of updates.

• Work alongside technology teams to guarantee the precise implementation of components in code.

• Recognize gaps between design and development processes.

• Partner with Growth Marketing to embed the Design System within campaign materials.

• Conduct regular audits of system usage across both product and marketing domains.

• Detect inconsistencies and pinpoint opportunities for simplification.

• Expand the system across new workflows, platforms, and markets.

• Design high-quality product interfaces as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI Design.

• Preferably, experience in leading or developing a Design System from the ground up or enhancing an existing one.

• Prior experience in fintech and digital products.

• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and shared libraries.

• Capability to communicate effectively with technical teams regarding design tokens, reusable components, and implementation limitations.

• Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams.

• Good judgment in balancing the need for consistency with the requirement for flexibility.

• Self-motivated and able to work entirely remotely as part of a team distributed across various countries.
