UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Designing thoughtful, cohesive, functional, and conversion-oriented interfaces for mobile and web applications

• Developing and maintaining the design system

• Creating prototypes and documentation for developers

• Collaborating directly with the product and technical teams

• Managing multiple projects concurrently and responding to new tasks

• Analyzing data, observing users, and testing design hypotheses

• Designing animations and smaller graphic elements

• Prototyping and building simple MVPs

• Independently managing your own area: refining requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering projects

• Participating in the recruitment process, which includes CV and portfolio analysis, a technical questionnaire, project presentation, and interview with the Hiring Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing mobile and web interface projects, demonstrating style, process, and effectiveness — required

• At least 2 years of experience in UI design; shorter experience will be considered if the portfolio is strong

• Advanced proficiency in Figma: components, auto-layouts, variants, prototypes

• Ability to articulate design decisions

• Capability to work with requirements: questioning, challenging scope, and addressing all points

• Experience collaborating with developers

• Systematic thinking and awareness of the interdependencies between design, business, and technology

• Skill in designing individual screens while ensuring overall product consistency

• Utilizing AI tools in daily work

• Team player attitude

• Fundamental skills in working with basic animations and micro-interactions in user interfaces

• Familiarity with analytical tools (Clarity, GA4) and UI frameworks (e.g., Storybook) — nice to have

• Fluent command of the Polish language — qualifying question
