Turbine Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and installation of Kaplan and Francis turbines at hydroelectric power facilities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks.

• Work in conjunction with site and construction managers on the systematic scheduling of activities, guaranteeing the availability of necessary workforce, tools, and resources.

• Evaluate the skills and performance of contractors, ensuring that operations strictly adhere to procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards.

• Ensure that all operations comply with company safety protocols and local regulations, protecting personnel and equipment.

• Keep technical drawings and documents current, issuing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinating technical resolutions with engineering teams.

• Provide training to client teams on system operations and offer continuous technical support during and after the assembly phase.

• Encourage process evaluation and share lessons learned with the engineering team to enhance future operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electrotechnology, or related disciplines.

• Prior experience as a turbine assembly supervisor in hydroelectric power plants.

• Intermediate proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.

• Willingness and availability for frequent international and domestic travel to project sites.
