Trust Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main responder for customer due diligence requests by completing and submitting security questionnaires.

• Utilize established response frameworks, internal policy documentation, and compliance control libraries to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

• Investigate and confirm client-specific inquiries that fall outside standard frameworks.

• Gather supporting evidence from compliance platforms.

• Collaborate with internal security and compliance teams to ensure the accuracy of responses.

• Maintain consistency and quality across all deliverables by using current, approved language.

• Ensure that responses are aligned with the customers’ overall security posture.

• Identify gaps or outdated documentation.

• Manage vendor security questionnaires through custom Excel matrices and cloud portals.

• Align responses with control domains, risk tiering, and subprocessor ecosystems.

• Experience in processing vendor security questionnaires using custom Excel matrices and cloud portals.

• Fundamental understanding of information security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.

• Knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) versus Protected Health Information (PHI).

• Familiarity with authentication, logical access, and encryption controls.

• Basic exposure to cloud infrastructure architectures and data hosting environments, particularly AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience with or exposure to compliance automation platforms like Drata, Vanta, or Secureframe.

• Experience managing vendor risk portals such as OneTrust, ServiceNow, Whistic, UpGuard, or Zip.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Professional home office setup that supports confidential discussions and uninterrupted collaboration.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

• Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities.

• Must be prepared to participate in live video interviews with the camera on.

• Must be ready to verify identity during the recruitment and onboarding process.
