This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and implement integrations between Jeeves and client ERPs and accounting systems through APIs and webhooks.
• Map and synchronize customer data models, such as charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors with Jeeves.
• Troubleshoot integration problems comprehensively, from API logs to customer month-end reconciliation.
• Create reusable integration patterns and internal tools to facilitate faster customer go-live processes.
• Define and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups in collaboration with customer finance teams.
• Design payment and settlement flows for stablecoins alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT.
• Assist customers in addressing country-specific tax and e-invoicing needs within Jeeves workflows.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Manage technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping to go-live and adoption phases.
• Conduct technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, occasionally on-site.
• Develop implementation plans, manage stakeholder expectations, and identify potential risks.
• Act as the trusted technical contact for escalations and expansion post go-live.
• Convert recurring customer requests into prioritized feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proofs of concept.
• Document integration guides, edge cases, and playbooks for the broader team's reference.
• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficient in hands-on coding in at least one of the following: Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go.
• Experience in developing against REST APIs and webhooks in a production environment.
• Strong SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines that have been built and maintained.
• Proven track record of managing a customer project from inception to go-live, including overseeing timelines and customer-side stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English, along with Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations in Latin America as required.
• Experience in the fintech or payments sector is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrating an ERP, accounting, or financial system is preferred.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliation, month-end close processes, and multi-entity accounting is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or digital asset infrastructure is preferred.
• Familiarity with LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems such as CFDI, NF-e, or DIAN is preferred.
• Previous experience in a forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer role at a startup is preferred.
• Experience creating internal tools that reduce implementation time is preferred.
