This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and deploy integrations between Jeeves and clients' ERPs and accounting systems utilizing APIs and webhooks.
• Align customer data models with Jeeves and maintain synchronization.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges from start to finish, including API logs and customer month-end reconciliations.
• Create reusable integration frameworks and internal tools.
• Define and establish multi-entity, multi-currency configurations.
• Design payment and settlement processes for stablecoins along with SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT.
• Assist clients in navigating country-specific regulations such as CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN e-invoicing.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure client setups adhere to regulatory standards.
• Manage the technical onboarding process for strategic accounts, from initial scoping to go-live and adoption.
• Conduct technical workshops with clients' engineering and finance teams, occasionally on-site.
• Draft implementation plans, establish timeline expectations, and identify potential risks.
• Act as a reliable technical contact post-go-live for escalations and expansion opportunities.
• Transform recurring customer inquiries into prioritized inputs for Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams on technical discovery, solution design, and proof of concept initiatives.
• Produce documentation for integration guides, known edge cases, and operational playbooks.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, including a minimum of 2 years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficient coding skills in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with practical experience in building against REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong SQL and data-mapping capabilities, evidenced by integrations or data pipelines you have developed and maintained.
• Proven experience managing a customer project through to go-live, including overseeing timelines and engaging stakeholders on the client side.
• Professional proficiency in English, as well as Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations in Latin America as required.
• Preferred: Experience in fintech or payments, particularly in card issuing, payment rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT), or cross-border transactions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with integrating at least one ERP, accounting, or financial system (for example, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, or Xero).
• Preferred: An understanding of finance team operations, including AP, reconciliation, month-end closing, and multi-entity accounting.
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with stablecoins, on/off-ramps, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Preferred: Knowledge of LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems (CFDI, NF-e, DIAN).
• Preferred: Previous experience in a forward-deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer position at a startup.
