This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and implement integrations between Jeeves and client ERP and accounting systems utilizing APIs and webhooks.
• Align customer data models, including charts of accounts, cost centers, entities, and vendors, ensuring they remain synchronized.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges comprehensively, from API logs to month-end reconciliation.
• Create reusable integration patterns and internal tools to expedite customer go-live processes.
• Define and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups in collaboration with customer finance teams.
• Design payment and settlement flows for stablecoins alongside SPEI, PIX, ACH, and SWIFT.
• Assist customers in navigating country-specific tax and e-invoicing regulations such as CFDI, NF-e, and DIAN.
• Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping to go-live and ongoing adoption.
• Conduct technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, occasionally on-site.
• Develop implementation plans, oversee timelines, communicate expectations, and identify potential risks.
• Act as the technical contact for post-go-live escalations and expansion opportunities.
• Transform recurring customer requests into prioritized input for Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery, solution design, and proof of concept initiatives.
• Document integration guidelines, edge cases, and operational playbooks.
• Over 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proficient in hands-on coding in at least one of the following: Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go.
• Experience building against REST APIs and webhooks in a production environment.
• Strong SQL and data mapping capabilities.
• Proven track record of managing a customer project through to go-live, including overseeing timelines and customer stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations in Latin America as necessary.
• Preferred: Background in fintech or payments, ERP/accounting/financial system integrations, finance operations, stablecoin or digital asset infrastructure, LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems, forward-deployed/solutions architect/implementation engineering, or internal tooling.
