Trust Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of trust features, encompassing security controls, account protection, identity verification, support experiences, KYC/B, transaction limits, and account restrictions.

• Adjust friction levels and simplify complex logic to create intuitive customer experiences.

• Deliver trust-enhancing features that customers appreciate while reducing fraud, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the Strike ecosystem.

• Act as the dedicated designer within the Trust team.

• Lead significant 0-to-1 projects across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

• Influence the security layer of Strike and advocate for design excellence and quality within the Trust team.

• Manage the Web component of the Design System, ensuring it aligns cohesively with the Mobile experience.

• Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers, balancing platform standards and design quality.

• Work together with the larger design team to develop a long-term product vision.

• Enhance the internal design tool library by prototyping concepts in code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of Product Design experience, preferably in a fintech or another regulated, trust-sensitive field.

• A portfolio showcasing expert-level interaction design and systems-thinking capabilities.

• Experience with multi-platform design systems.

• Ability to make prompt, cohesive, and scalable creative decisions.

• Demonstrated resourcefulness, pragmatism, and a hands-on mentality.

• Proficiency with AI and knowledge of the latest design tools.

• Comfortable working within a small, agile team, taking on various roles.

• Strong curiosity about finance, technology, and future trends.
