Corporate Designer – Project Style

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated variations of identical deliverables.

• Assess deliverables based on layout and spacing, typography, color, domain authenticity, and overall refinement.

• Revise the most promising candidate to align with quality standards.

• Offer clear rationales linked to specific layout evidence.

• Exercise design judgment on materials for corporate clients.

• Contribute to the training and improvement of AI systems through human expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in design, marketing/communications, or specialized knowledge work.

• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate design, agency work, or marketing communications.

• Capability to recognize subtle layout discrepancies, such as alignment issues, uneven card heights, excess space, and margin problems.

• Strong ability to assess quality in business deliverables.

• Proficiency in articulating design evaluations in written form.

• Submission of a resume.

• Completion of an approximately 45-minute Corporate Designer calibration assessment.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
