Webflow Designer – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the company website within Webflow, focusing on page structure and CMS organization.

• Establish typography, spacing, hierarchy, and overall brand presentation.

• Develop reusable design components to ensure consistency across pages.

• Design landing pages for various campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.

• Ensure optimal website performance, responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards.

• Handle page layout, manage SEO metadata, and conduct regular content updates in Webflow.

• Collaborate on web graphics, imagery, and the overall visual strategy.

• Identify any visual or functional issues and propose effective solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in web design, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing real, live projects.

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Webflow, successfully launching production sites.

• Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and preparing files for development.

• A user-centric approach to design.

• Adequate knowledge of HTML/CSS to assess when custom coding is necessary.

• Understanding of responsive design principles, page speed optimization, and basic accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with SEO practices, including metadata management and page structure.

• Self-motivated, communicative, and dependable regarding project deadlines.

• Submission of portfolio is mandatory.

• Must have authorization to work in the USA.
