This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the execution of delivery for assigned product and process initiatives that affect Operations, from initial intake through to launch and transition to business-as-usual.
• Convert product roadmaps and strategic initiatives into comprehensive project plans featuring milestones, deliverables, and criteria for success.
• Recognize operational requirements, dependencies, and constraints, and integrate them into delivery plans.
• Manage dependencies across teams and sequence work to minimize delivery risks and bottlenecks.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate delivery risks and issues related to scope, timing, capacity, or operational readiness.
• Collaborate with functional leads to establish mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain visibility of risks, impacts, and decisions for stakeholders in leadership roles.
• Establish and uphold project management governance, templates, and reporting schedules.
• Develop and spearhead operational excellence initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
• Map existing processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, waste, and quality gaps, and design future state processes.
• Set up and track KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and quantify the impacts of improvements.
• Build and enhance a Continuous Improvement program, which includes training and coaching for staff.
• Standardize best practices and process documentation across different business units.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and create business cases for investments in improvements.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments, particularly with technology projects.
• Proven experience leading business process improvement or operational excellence initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience in leading initiatives during periods of organizational change or transformation.
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Documented success in delivering projects on time and within scope, demonstrating measurable operational improvements.
• Strong skills in facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to balance structure with flexibility while guiding teams through changing priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira and process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship.
