Tricentis Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and uphold the Tricentis Tosca Server across development, testing, and production environments.

• Handle user provisioning, authentication, permissions, and access controls through Tricentis User Administration.

• Set up and assist with SSO/LDAP integrations and onboarding workflows based on invitations.

• Enforce authorization frameworks, role-based access, and permission inheritance.

• Administer licensing for Tosca Commander and Tosca Cloud License Server.

• Manage configurations and workflows for LiveCompare Test Repository Cache.

• Monitor system performance, usage, logs, and address failed executions.

• Support Tosca integrations with SAP systems, APIs, and cloud sources.

• Maintain connectors, service accounts, credentials, and SAP-related access methods.

• Establish governance standards for test promotion, naming conventions, documentation, version control, and credential management.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams on audit, compliance, backup, recovery, and continuity needs.

• Oversee the migration of test assets and workspaces across various environments.

• Develop operational procedures, runbooks, support documentation, and platform manuals.

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for Tricentis incidents and generate SAP Support cases.

• Monitor license management and usage.

• Work alongside SAP consultants and automation developers to resolve test execution and server-side automation challenges.

• Suggest enhancements for scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Engage in release planning, testing, and change management activities.

• Ensure data integrity and auditability within automated testing workflows.

• Deliver end-user support and training.

• Participate in Agile practices, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and platform improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance.

• Capability to fulfill DoD 8140 requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in application administration, support for test automation platforms, or quality engineering systems administration.

• Experience managing Tricentis Tosca Server and assisting Tosca Commander users in an enterprise setting.

• In-depth understanding of Tosca Server configuration and upkeep.

• Solid knowledge of user/security administration within Tricentis User Administration.

• Proficient understanding of test scheduling, execution monitoring, and workspace management.

• Strong grasp of diagnosing test failures and performance-related issues.

• Working familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP BTP, and SAP-integrated automated testing scenarios.

• Experience in supporting integrations between SAP enterprise data sources and automated testing workflows.

• Knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, and SSO/LDAP.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comprehension of federal IT security standards and the ability to function in classified or controlled environments.

• Experience working in DoD, federal, or highly regulated settings.

• Tricentis Tosca or SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing certification.

• Familiarity with SAP Enterprise Continuous Testing by Tricentis, including SAP KBA guidance.

• Experience integrating Tricentis User Administration with Okta SSO.

• Background in supporting test automation within SAP-focused environments.

• Experience with cloud or hybrid Tosca environments.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow or Splunk.

• Exposure to Agile frameworks, including SAFe.

• Familiarity with Tricentis/SAP Support case creation procedures.
