This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Develop and sustain bills of materials (BOMs) for communications and networking equipment, software, licenses, virtual machines, storage, server, and endpoint products.
• Assess proposed catalog items against the technical scope of assigned CLIN/SLINs by reviewing vendor datasheets, product briefs, and licensing agreements.
• Record SKU-to-SLIN mappings and provide justifications for audit purposes.
• Create and upload structured import files into the proprietary catalog/contract management system.
• Manage SLIN/SKU identifiers, descriptions, specifications, quantities, pricing, parent/child option linkages, and configuration metadata.
• Investigate and document End-of-Life, End-of-Sale, and End-of-Maintenance timelines.
• Oversee replacement verification and monitor the decommissioning of outdated SLINs, BOMs, items, and linkages.
• Collect, understand, and document product pricing, including discounts, margins, amortization, monthly, and outright pricing considerations.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Logistics to identify serialization, delivery tracking, and renewal tracking requirements.
• Review the catalog for compliance with contractual obligations and eliminate duplicate entries.
• Keep version history and phase out obsolete items.
• Conduct administrative, data entry, and reporting duties.
• Assist the PMO team with product documentation and reporting tasks.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Secret eligible clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or Associate's degree with 4 years; or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient technical knowledge of enterprise IT and networking products.
• Ability to interpret vendor datasheets and licensing agreements.
• Capability to differentiate between hardware and software, perpetual and subscription models, recurring and one-time fees, maintenance tiers, RMA processes, and license tiers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data validation, and large-file reconciliation.
• Comfort with discount percentages, margins, amortization, and monthly versus outright purchase pricing.
• Strong written documentation skills and an audit-focused mindset regarding version control, traceability, and change management.
• Competence in coordinating with Finance, Asset Management, Logistics, PMO, and technical teams.
• Preference for candidates residing in the Oklahoma / Oklahoma City metro area.
• Standard business hours with cross-functional collaboration.
• A quiet and distraction-free office environment is required.
• ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or CompTIA Network+ certification, or a willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
• Previous experience in maintaining a product catalog, SKU master, or BOM library aligned with a contractual framework is preferred.
• Familiarity with networking and network security product lines as well as virtualization and licensing models is advantageous.
• Experience with proprietary or commercial catalog/contract management systems and bulk-import workflows is preferred.
• Exposure to DoD contract vehicles and their documentation practices is a plus.
• Fully remote position.
