πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Gather data from various sources to facilitate payments to investigative sites in accordance with procedural documents and site contracts.

β€’ Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations that influence payment capabilities.

β€’ Oversee payment responsibilities and workflows to align with contracted timelines and project objectives.

β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with study sites and occasionally engage with clients on payment-related matters.

β€’ Address study-related escalations and resolve issues pertaining to payments.

β€’ Appropriately escalate project risks.

β€’ Educate study teams on site payment processes, requirements, and deliverables.

β€’ Process investigator payments using middleware and financial systems as necessary.

β€’ Handle refunds, credit notes, late payment fees, pre-payments, and reimbursements for investigator meetings when required.

β€’ Develop and input budgets and site visit trackers (SVTs).

β€’ Participate in transparency reporting.

β€’ Conduct study reconciliations.

β€’ Manage and maintain investigator funds trackers for studies that have transitioned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent, with relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Technical roles may necessitate a certification.

β€’ Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, equivalent to at least 2 years.

β€’ A combination of appropriate education, training, and/or directly related experience may also be considered sufficient.

β€’ Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

β€’ Capability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively.

β€’ Flexibility to adjust workload priorities based on changing project demands.

β€’ Proficient in MS Word and Excel; experience with CTMS, EDC, or financial systems is preferred.

β€’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

β€’ Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English (both oral and written); knowledge of additional languages is beneficial where applicable.

β€’ Skill in extracting information from study documentation and conducting relevant data entry.

β€’ Familiarity with ICH Good Clinical Practices, country regulations, and/or applicable tax laws.

β€’ Ability to analyze project-specific data and systems for precision and efficiency.

β€’ Willingness to work occasional long and varied hours.

β€’ Rare travel and rotating shifts may be required.
