📋 Description

• Offer telephone-based hospice triage nursing support

• Full-time commitment required during nights and weekends

• Evaluate patient requirements and provide triage advice

• Deliver exceptional customer service and verbal assistance to patients and their families

• Utilize computer systems while performing triage nursing responsibilities

• Completed education from an accredited professional nursing program

• Background in telephonic triage nursing

• Strong customer service, assessment, and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in computer usage

• Valid Compact RN License
