This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Lead and enhance the treasury function within the company, fostering ongoing improvement, scaling processes, and applying best practices.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with banks and electronic money institutions (EMIs), encompassing negotiations on fees, credit conditions, and service agreements.
• Evaluate banking expenses and pinpoint opportunities for optimization.
• Oversee the initiation and closure of bank and EMI accounts across various jurisdictions.
• Take ownership of KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal standards.
• Recognize financial and foreign exchange risks, formulating strategies for mitigation.
• Handle foreign exchange exposure and assist in decisions related to currency and banking setups for new business operations.
• Prepare payment documentation and manage bank card operations.
• Execute payments as necessary to maintain business continuity.
• Compile and analyze turnover, balance, and financial performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate communication with banks regarding refunds, chargebacks, and account-related matters.
• Enhance and streamline treasury processes in collaboration with Financial Control and other internal teams.
• Engage in the transition towards a new ERP system, modifying treasury data structures and workflows accordingly.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting tasks assigned by senior management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Treasury Manager role, ideally within IT, fintech, or a multi-jurisdictional organization.
• Practical experience with international banks, EMIs, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online banking).
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency payments/exchanges is a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience in opening and closing bank/EMI accounts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong grasp of KYC procedures and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical abilities and confidence in negotiating directly with banks regarding fees and terms.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A structured, proactive, and results-focused work approach.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting within a multi-entity/multi-currency framework is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, is advantageous.
• Prior experience in fintech or fast-growing tech environments is beneficial.
