This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Establish new client connections through introductions from Bank Partners and proactive self-sourcing.
• Maintain relationships with identified clients by fostering strong connections and regularly assessing their needs.
• Drive organic growth in deposits and fee income by providing solutions-focused guidance.
• Manage, service, and review the client portfolio, which includes conducting working capital analyses.
• Assess portfolio profitability and oversee exception pricing and account structures to reduce non-standard adjustments.
• Conduct risk management evaluations for ACH, credit card, and RDC services.
• Connect customers with additional service-related business lines.
• Participate in relevant Bank-sourced training and instructional sessions.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, product specialists, and other internal stakeholders to create and execute tailored treasury management strategies.
• Examine client financial data and suggest treasury management solutions that enhance cash flow, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury Management.
• Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in analyzing client financial data and understanding treasury management requirements.
• Capability to devise and implement customized treasury management strategies.
• Comprehension of complex issues requiring thorough evaluation of various factors.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision while applying guidelines effectively.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market to engage with clients and internal partners.
• Flexibility to travel outside the market as necessary.
• Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 10 lbs.
• Must adhere to all compliance requirements set by state and federal laws, regulations, and First Financial Bank policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, suspicious activity reporting, lending, and deposit compliance standards.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is preferred.
