Treasury Analyst, Trilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Execute tasks related to the Financial Resources sector

• Monitor and categorize cash flows for revenue and expenses to facilitate the daily cash report preparation

• Develop management reports outlining the financial position

• Conduct daily analysis and oversight of financial investments, focusing on profitability, investments, and redemptions

• Deliver precise information to aid in decision-making processes

• Create management reports that include cash flow classifications, accounts receivable balances, undiscounted export exchange contracts, import payables, overdue domestic and international receivables, financial indicators, and financial investments

• Oversee and assess daily financial investments in bank deposit certificates

• Carry out monthly reconciliations between the company's and banks' balances

• Generate monthly spreadsheets related to investment activities and compute monthly financial income

• Input necessary data into the system and verify daily financial transactions against bank positions

• Prepare and issue expense reports for travel expense management

• Enter all bank statements daily into the Gesplan system for every company bank

• Execute daily bank statement transfers using proprietary systems

• Adhere to company standards, procedures, and work instructions

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree

• Field of Study: Business Administration, Accounting

• Basic proficiency in English

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in the field

• Understanding of Financial Resources Processes

• Proactive mindset and initiative

• Strong communication abilities

• Customer-centric approach

• Effectively utilize systems and resources provided by the company in line with established standards and procedures

• Comprehend and adhere to standards, procedures, and work instructions set by Quality, Environmental, Occupational Safety, and Health systems, in accordance with company policies and relevant legislation
