This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire knowledge and implement business applications that facilitate acquisition, proposals, pricing, contracts, and overall business management.
• Act as the intermediary between business users and technical teams on projects related to applications.
• Assist in the deployment of applications, enhance processes, ensure data integrity, track metrics, and manage basic projects within an Agile framework.
• Develop plans, establish milestones, track risks/issues, gather user feedback, and document lessons learned.
• Offer support for applications and processes, resolve issues, coordinate solutions, and disseminate information about releases, updates, and best practices.
• Document and maintain process flows, standard operating procedures, and guidelines for application usage.
• Oversee application development and enhancement initiatives that support proposals and business management functions.
• Integrate responsibilities of proposal and business management analysis with leadership in systems and processes application development.
• Must be completing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 for the Associate Proposal Analyst position.
• Must be completing or have completed a Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026 and possess 2 years of experience as a Proposal Analyst for the Proposal Analyst position.
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another business-related field is preferred.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access is necessary.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A final approved U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access may need to be obtained prior to starting.
• A preferred cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher is desired.
• Prior experience in internships/co-ops or relevant work, along with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills, interpersonal communication abilities, and involvement in professional, community, or extracurricular activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management principles and introductory Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on process enhancements, tool updates, or changes to systems/applications is essential.
• Skill in documenting business requirements into notes, requirements, or user stories, and communicating changes and best practices to non-technical stakeholders is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as tools for creating training materials or desktop instructions, is necessary.
• A basic understanding of business applications and tools utilized in proposals, pricing, business management, or contract management is expected.
• No relocation assistance is provided.
• Option for remote work is available.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
