Treasury Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Conduct moderately complex analyses and tasks that support Treasury funding initiatives.

• Report directly to the Head of Funding.

• Assist in transactions related to debt and equity capital markets, which include long-term debt issuance, preferred equity, and share buybacks.

• Aid in short- and intermediate-term funding operations.

• Analyze daily cash flow forecasts, create assumptions, and implement controls to ensure the accuracy of projections.

• Oversee and manage intraday liquidity, funding sources, and contingent borrowing capacities.

• Collaborate across functions with business partners to manage and enhance collateral.

• Support the creation and upkeep of funding and liquidity risk Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and early warning signals.

• Identify, evaluate, manage, monitor, and report risks within the Bank’s liquidity risk tolerance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is required.

• Generally requires up to 2 years of experience in Finance-related roles.

• A college degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred if lacking Finance experience.

• Strong analytical, modeling, and database management skills are necessary.

• A passion for improving processes is essential.

• Capability to learn and gain proficiency in new technologies and automation tools.

• Ability to independently handle multiple tasks and take initiative.

• Proficient in critical thinking, leadership, business acumen, relationship development, and teamwork.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
