Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders from Sales, Success, Professional Services, and Support to assess systems and operational procedures.

• Discover opportunities to enhance business performance through process redesign, AI, and automation.

• Lead discovery sessions, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder walkthroughs.

• Conduct gap and impact assessments and propose solutions.

• Gather and document business requirements while creating and maintaining process maps.

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives.

• Facilitate and engage in User Acceptance Testing and stakeholder alignment during implementation.

• Act as a process subject matter expert for high-visibility projects.

• Contribute to and enhance the overall continuous improvement methodology.

• Proven track record in leading process analysis and improvement initiatives within a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

• Exceptional facilitation and communication capabilities.

• Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior and executive leadership.

• Experience in designing and documenting process maps, workflows, and business requirements.

• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with process improvement trends, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience utilizing AI to optimize business processes.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Service Cloud, and Kantata.

• Background in the SaaS industry, particularly in Business Process Management, Project Management, or Strategic Initiatives.

• Knowledge of MS CoPilot, Miro, and Claude is advantageous.
