This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Offer technical support for developing Fixed Income product workflows and their operational integration with financial market infrastructures.
• Design operational processes and controls for Fixed Income products, focusing on CDBs, RDBs, LFs, and government bonds.
• Register, oversee, and monitor the settlement of Fixed Income instruments with B3-Cetip, Selic, and Nuclea registries and clearinghouses.
• Ensure accurate daily calculations of accruals (interest recognition) for assets and liabilities.
• Verify that internal systems correctly reflect the agreed-upon terms and conditions.
• Organize and conduct reconciliations among internal systems, counterparties, and clearinghouse statements, addressing any discrepancies.
• Guarantee compliance with Central Bank/CMN regulations, National Treasury rules, and clearinghouse manuals, thereby reducing operational risks.
• Work collaboratively with the Trading Desk, ALM, Compliance, and Accounting teams to facilitate effective information flow and Fixed Income processes.
• Generate regular reports on the Fixed Income portfolio, encompassing performance, risk, and compliance analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Treasury Back Office operations within banks or SCFIs.
• Strong understanding of financial market infrastructure with practical experience in the B3-Cetip, Selic, and Nuclea registration and settlement chambers.
• Familiarity with the Fixed Income settlement and custody cycle, including government and private-sector bonds, in addition to funding instruments such as CDBs, RDBs, and LFs.
• Experience in implementing, migrating, or conducting user acceptance testing for Treasury Back Office systems.
• Proficient in utilizing AI for process automation.
• PQO certification in Operations or Back Office is advantageous.
• ANBIMA certifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of reserve pilot routines is a plus.
• Practical experience with N8N or similar ETL/iPaaS tools, as well as querying databases via Databricks or Metabase, is advantageous.
• Previous involvement in implementation/UAT projects for the Matera ERP/Core Banking platform is a plus.
• Willingness to work 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
