📋 Description

• Standardize the reporting of business performance by developing insightful and user-friendly dashboards.

• Establish, target, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure the accuracy of data and maintain consistency in reporting.

• Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing business performance.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to address specific business inquiries.

• Comprehend the underlying factors driving results rather than merely reporting them.

• Collaborate on and provide support for strategic projects and initiatives.

• Effectively communicate across various teams and audiences, including senior management.

• Create presentations featuring conceptual and/or quantitative analyses to aid top management in decision-making.

• Assist with data quality initiatives.

• Complete tasks under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions.

• Navigate uncertainty and work with limited information.

• Summarize information clearly for top management decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.

• Prior experience in a similar position.

• A curious, proactive, and can-do attitude with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

• Diligence in prioritizing and managing workload effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels, particularly senior stakeholders.

• Capability to meet tight deadlines while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Tenacity, proactivity, and confidence to question information and processes that seem illogical.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on a data-driven approach.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
