Treasury Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing CookUnity’s treasury operations, guaranteeing precise cash management, prompt payments, and robust controls as the business expands.

• Collaborate closely with the Treasury Manager and various cross-functional teams.

• Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly payment tasks along with credit card reconciliations.

• Oversee daily cash position reporting and ensure alignment with planned burn rate and financial goals.

• Aid in the preparation and upkeep of short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.

• Process weekly payments to vendors and reimbursements to employees.

• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Facilitate vendor onboarding by creating and updating vendor records in the accounting system.

• Collaborate with the Treasury Manager on treasury projects, reporting, and special initiatives.

• Review and assist with vendor credit applications and associated documentation.

• Spot opportunities to enhance treasury processes, controls, and scalability.

• Adjust to shifting priorities and take on additional treasury-related tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of over 2 years in treasury, finance, or accounting roles, with an emphasis on cash management and treasury operations, ideally in a rapidly growing company.

• Knowledge of treasury tools, ERP/accounting systems, or AP platforms (e.g., NetSuite/Ramp).

• Proficient English language skills.

• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in financial data.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

• Effective communicator and team player, skilled at collaborating remotely.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and proactive, possessing a positive attitude.

• Experience managing stressful situations with composure and efficiency.
