Traveling Project Engineer – Special Projects Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring project safety compliance.

• Aid in the comprehension and dissemination of job cost data and project estimates.

• Contribute to the sequencing and scheduling of projects.

• Assist in monitoring project progress and engage in production analysis.

• Support project cost reporting and administrative tasks.

• Facilitate the processes for material and equipment procurement.

• Help manage and monitor change order requests.

• Coordinate with general contractors and project owners under guidance.

• Assist in reporting on field time, productivity, materials, safety, and other pertinent factors.

• Learn and adhere to company standards and industry regulations.

• Provide assistance throughout various phases of the project lifecycle.

• Travel to project sites and work in both office and job-site environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of four years of applicable construction experience.

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team efforts.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong dedication to safety and quality.

• Ability to adapt to various roles and requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Capability to frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, reach, and communicate effectively.

• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.

• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs.

• Accurate vision for both near and distant tasks.

• Willingness and capability to travel; overtime may be necessary.
