Traveling Project Engineer – Concrete Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in ensuring project safety compliance efforts are met

• Aid in comprehending and disseminating job cost data and project estimates

• Contribute to the sequencing and scheduling of projects

• Assist in monitoring project progress and engage in production analysis

• Support project cost reporting and various administrative tasks

• Aid in the procurement of materials and equipment

• Help manage and oversee change order requests

• Collaborate with general contractors and owners under supervision

• Assist in documenting field time, productivity, materials, safety, and other pertinent information

• Learn and adhere to company policies and industry standards

• Work in both office and job-site settings, facing varying weather conditions, noise levels, equipment, and other construction-related hazards

• Travel as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of four years of relevant construction experience

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• An analytical mindset coupled with problem-solving capabilities

• A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a team

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality

• Ability to adapt to various roles and requirements throughout the project lifecycle

• Must adhere to company policies and industry regulations

• Capability to meet physical demands, which include frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
