This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.
• Manage the designated project scope, overseeing both material and workforce management.
• Collaborate closely with the project superintendent and various trades.
• Promote and enforce high standards of quality and safety.
• Leverage company-provided technology to ensure timely completion of work and exceed client satisfaction.
• Guide, mentor, and inspire employees engaged in the assigned scope.
• Attend Power Design’s training facility for tailored training programs.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing scopes and executing multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Possession of an active journeyman or master electrician license is required.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local regulations, and construction safety standards.
• Fundamental computer and writing abilities are essential.
• Must exemplify and uphold Power Design’s core principles: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
• Access to cutting-edge technologies in the field, including fully-equipped iPads.
• Company-issued iPad and smartphone.
