Travel Therapy Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee complete recruitment processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.

• Actively engage with potential therapists, build relationships, understand their requirements, and assess their suitability for job openings.

• Inform prospective therapists about the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a travel healthcare career.

• Generate leads via recruiting channels, strategic initiatives, and referrals.

• Strive for ongoing improvement and professional growth.

• Bachelor's degree.

• At least one year of demonstrated success in a metrics-driven sales or staffing environment; two or more years preferred.
