Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual therapy to clients via a virtual care platform.

• Participate in clinical consultations aimed at professional growth, skill enhancement, and mentorship.

• Promote women's mental health throughout the reproductive journey through telehealth services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in providing individual therapy through telehealth.

• Background in supporting women's mental health during perinatal, early parenting, perimenopausal, and menopausal phases.

• Capability to recognize, evaluate, and address acute risk factors and clinical requirements specific to perinatal and menopausal demographics.

• Experience in delivering culturally responsive and inclusive care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Competence with virtual care platforms, electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and Google Workspace.

• A current, independent clinical license as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or Psychologist is required.

• Preference for active licenses in DC, CA, MD, NC, TN, TX, and/or VA.

• Multiple licenses preferred; opportunities to acquire additional licenses may be available for qualified candidates.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience focusing on women's mental health, particularly maternal mental health and/or perimenopause.

• Experience in providing therapy within a telehealth context.

• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with navigating virtual care systems.

• A commitment to enhancing mental health outcomes, aiding underserved communities, and broadening access to quality care.

• Willingness to learn new systems with prior experience in EMR platforms.

• PMH-C or perimenopause-specific certifications, such as the MSCP, are highly preferred.

• Bilingual skills are advantageous.
