Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to senior adults through telehealth services.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation within the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Participate in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions entirely from the comfort of your home.

• Support older adults coping with grief, loss, isolation, and challenging life transitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within the United States.

• Holds an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this position is advertised.

• Possesses a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Proficient with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is an advantage.

• 1099 contractor roles commence at 15 hours per week.

• W2 employee roles begin at 25 hours per week.

• Must be prepared to provide a minimum of 15 sessions per week.
