Mental Health Therapist – Older Adults, LISW, IMFT, LPCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth services.

• Create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and requirements.

• Oversee an independent caseload and make clinical decisions with the backing of the care team.

• Complete documentation in the EMR utilizing AI-assisted notes.

• Engage in regular, compensated case consultations with seasoned clinical leaders.

• Conduct telehealth therapy entirely from the comfort of your home.

• Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and the provider support team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.

• Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where the position is advertised.

• Possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Prior experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

• Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

• Experience with Medicare billing is advantageous.

• For 1099 contractor roles, availability must start at 15 hours per week.

• For W2 employee roles, availability must start at 25 hours per week.

• Independently licensed therapists are required to provide at least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health.
