Travel Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of low voltage cabling, access control, and video systems.

• Assist in the programming and re-programming of associated security software.

• Deliver training to end-users.

• Provide technical support via phone to customers.

• Travel regularly to customer and project locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• 2-4 years of experience in the maintenance, repair, and installation of low voltage cabling, access control, and video systems.

• Certification in Lenel.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in operating hand and power tools.

• Strong aptitude for electronics and mechanics.

• Regular travel to customer and project sites is expected.

• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Additional manufacturer certifications are advantageous (e.g., Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis).
