This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and required instructional meetings.

• Make a positive impact on nursing students as they prepare for the NCLEX exam.

• Provide teaching and mentorship to newly graduated nursing professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Master's degree in nursing.

• A Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a Master's is required.

• Hold a current, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse.

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience is essential.

• Previous experience in teaching or training is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and leadership abilities are necessary.

• Availability during weekdays is required.

• Quick adaptability to Kaplan's teaching methodologies and strategies is essential.
