Travel Counselor – German, English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Provide travel advice and arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.

• Assess and investigate travel alternatives, proactively identifying traveler requirements to promote additional services.

• Coordinate and book domestic and international business travel utilizing air, road, rail, and accommodation options.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus.

• Ensure adherence to the agreed-upon travel policies of clients, service provider regulations, and compliance with legal requirements.

• Employ effective telephone service strategies and accommodate special requests from customers.

• Work collaboratively with the team to mentor, guide, and provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Global Distribution Systems, including Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Maintain integrity while safeguarding personal information of travelers.

• Extensive knowledge of the travel sector, encompassing both business and leisure travel, or experience in airline reservations.

• Capability to swiftly and independently resolve customer issues, or collaborate with suppliers when necessary.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to accept and provide feedback.
