Travel Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Research and validate travel bookings for clients

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel guidelines

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations

• Provide insights on industry trends including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Analyze operational procedures and business partnerships, recommending enhancements

• Sustain, share, and broaden understanding of the travel sectors supported

• Engage with existing and potential clients to promote smart travel and maximize opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent; corporate travel experience is essential

• Proficient in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, its policies, procedures, and processes

• Availability for full-time employment

• Capability to work Monday–Friday, from 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. EST
