This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients.
• Comprehend client travel policies and provide reliable advice.
• Address inquiries regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.
• Share industry insights, including low fare options, exchange fees, and penalties.
• Evaluate operational workflows and client relationships, offering suggestions for enhancements.
• Keep abreast of and expand knowledge regarding the supported travel sectors.
• Address both existing and prospective client inquiries, assisting them in making informed travel decisions and achieving their goals.
• Experience as a travel agent (corporate travel is essential).
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, its policies, procedures, and processes.
• Availability to work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST.
