Travel Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients

• Advise clients in accordance with their travel policies

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations

• Offer insights on industry trends, including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Analyze operational workflows and business partnerships, recommending enhancements

• Continuously develop, share, and broaden understanding of the travel sectors served

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Costa Rica time on a dedicated account
