Senior Consultant – IT Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategize, oversee, and execute IT transformation initiatives, including AI governance and compliance, harmonization of tools and processes, and support for change management.

• Evaluate processes, project environments, organizational structures, and tool configurations with an emphasis on efficiency, effectiveness, and user acceptance.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate transformation strategies, identify action areas, and compile project portfolios.

• Facilitate and influence organizational change through communication strategies and change initiatives.

• Lead workshops, conduct assessments, and present decisions at the management level.

• Collaborate closely with client teams.

• Assume responsibility for mentoring and developing junior consultants.

• Continuously cultivate and sustain client relationships.

• Create concepts and actively participate in pre-sales discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in consulting or operational management of IT transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: IT project management (traditional or hybrid); AI implementation and consulting (functional or focused on governance, strategy, and operating models); change management/agile transformation; process analysis/tool evaluation/portfolio assessment.

• Proficient knowledge of at least one project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum, SAFe).

• Strong grasp of consulting techniques and a results-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional communication skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to empathize with stakeholders.

• Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative.

• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.

• Proficient in German.

• Solid command of English.
