Managed Services Consultant – Commercial Vault

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Offer post-launch consulting and administrative assistance for various clients

• Configure enhancements for operational applications, covering business processes, taxonomy and metadata, features and functionality, security, and alerts

• Conduct bulk imports, exports, and updates of content and data

• Suggest application features, usage, and best practices

• Manage production and sandbox environments

• Generate reports and dashboards

• Assist clients utilizing Veeva’s commercial and medical content management solutions, including Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software or related service delivery

• Background in customer service or consulting

• Ability to swiftly comprehend client requirements and needs while articulating potential solutions

• Experience in managing client requests and setting expectations

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Knowledge of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies

• Familiarity with life sciences compliance requirements

• Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs

• Project management experience is a plus
