Managed Services Consultant – Commercial Vault

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Deliver post-launch consulting and administrative assistance for various clients.

• Configure enhancements for active applications, including business processes, taxonomy and metadata, new features and functionalities, security measures, and notifications.

• Execute bulk imports, exports, and updates of content and data.

• Suggest application features, usage strategies, and best practices.

• Manage production and sandbox environments effectively.

• Generate reports and dashboards.

• Offer customer-facing, non-travel managed services for clients utilizing Veeva's commercial and medical content management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software or related service delivery.

• Experience in customer service or consulting roles.

• Ability to swiftly grasp client requirements and needs, articulating potential solutions clearly.

• Proven experience in managing client requests and establishing expectations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Knowledge of life sciences content management principles, categories, and taxonomies.

• Familiarity with life sciences compliance requirements.

• Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs.

• Project management experience is a plus.
