Managed Services Consultant – Commercial Vault

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Offer post-implementation consulting and administrative assistance for various clients

• Set up enhancements for existing applications, including business processes, taxonomy and metadata, new features and functionalities, security measures, and notifications

• Execute bulk imports, exports, and updates of content and data

• Suggest application features, usage strategies, and best practices

• Manage production and sandbox environments

• Develop reports and dashboards

• Deliver ongoing professional services for clients utilizing Veeva’s commercial and medical content management solutions

• Engage in customer-facing consulting without the need for frequent travel

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing content management software or related service delivery

• Experience in customer service or consulting roles

• Capability to quickly grasp client requirements and needs while articulating potential solutions

• Experience in managing client requests and setting clear expectations

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Knowledge of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies

• Familiarity with life sciences compliance requirements

• Experience with Veeva Vault, OpenText, Documentum/EMC, Liquent, and/or Next Docs

• Background in project management
