Travel Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee and fulfill travel requests utilizing BCD Travel tools and systems.

• Research, book, and finalize travel reservations for clients.

• Accurately implement client travel policies, supplier regulations, and travel requirements.

• Deliver travel advice, fare details, and cost-saving suggestions.

• Address customer inquiries in a precise, efficient, and professional manner.

• Keep current with travel industry trends, policies, and regulations.

• Aid travelers with necessary travel documentation and compliance, including passports, visas, DOT, and TSA regulations.

• Assist in advancing BCD Travel initiatives and client-specific programs and goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service-focused or travel-related role; candidates lacking experience in a travel management company may still be considered.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in designated languages.

• Willingness to work flexible hours.

• Proven understanding of customer service excellence.

• Familiarity with GDS Amadeus.
