Deployment Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Deliver technology consulting services to both external clients and internal project teams.

• Offer technical support and guidance in the creation and implementation of technology solutions.

• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

• Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies and industry/market trends.

• Influence the technical direction and strategies for the organization and its external clients.

• Support goals related to chargeability, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while assisting in deal proposal creation.

• Validate and apply detailed technical design solutions.

• Create enterprise technology solutions and conduct technical assessments.

• Oversee the delivery of technical solutions and manage the various stages of team lifecycle.

• Coordinate installations, designs, and migrations across networks, applications, or platforms.

• Provide advice on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, optimization, and modifications.

• Gather and analyze data to assess customer needs and requirements.

• Address customer inquiries regarding technical information.

• Develop technology solutions for customers utilizing industry-standard products and technologies.

• Resolve intricate technical issues across various technologies and innovate new methods.

• Lead and manage knowledge sharing within teams, practices, or projects.

• Mentor others and actively participate in professional communities and conferences.

• Support sales initiatives, bids, proposals, and the sales lifecycle management process.

• Expand the company's portfolio with existing clients through new opportunities and change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience along with a Bachelor of Arts/Science or an equivalent degree in computer science or a related field.

• If lacking a degree, an additional three years of relevant professional experience (totaling 11+ years).

• Technical expertise to design and scope various deliverables across multiple technologies.

• Proven track record of innovation and communication regarding new deliverables and offerings.

• Experience in leading teams that deliver various outputs across multiple technologies.

• Capability to devise solutions that enhance enterprise availability, performance, maintainability, and agility.

• Experience in contributing to the design and application of new tools.

• Comprehension of architectural dependencies within customers' IT environments.

• Possession of vendor or industry certification in at least one specialized area.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with senior management both internally and externally.

• Skilled in diagnosing complex technical issues to their root causes.

• Extensive understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, commercial issues, and technical challenges.

• Ability to lead the gathering of requirements, designs, plans, and estimates.

• Capability to produce comprehensive proposals for smaller projects.

• Broad technical expertise to manage complex integration endeavors.

• Ability to independently fulfill solution implementation or application design deliverables.

• Experience in managing a team of consultants.

• Proficiency in working within a multi-technology environment.

• Capability to present domain-specific information in customer sales presentations.
