Senior Epicor Kinetic Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior technical consultant and player-coach in collaboration with the client’s internal development team.

• Establish technical direction and define best practices for development and documentation.

• Provide guidance to Kinetic developers on interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and reporting.

• Suggest suitable tools and technical strategies for development initiatives.

• Design and construct intricate interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

• Evaluate client work and offer practical advice.

• Create documentation for post-go-live support and maintenance purposes.

• Engage in detailed design discussions and assist in outlining development requirements.

• Coach and guide client developers towards achieving self-sufficiency.

• Support the implementation of Epicor Kinetic across aerospace and HVAC manufacturing sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive Epicor Kinetic development experience with multiple complete implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Kinetic interfaces and integrations, including REST API.

• Practical experience with data conversion utilizing DMT and SQL Server.

• Expertise in BPMs, BAQs, Kinetic UI customization, SSRS reports, and dashboards.

• Strong functional understanding of Epicor manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support less experienced developers.

• Excellent documentation skills and capability to establish technical standards.

• Capacity to manage a part-time commitment while handling other responsibilities.

• Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing sectors, including quality and traceability requirements (preferred).

• Background in HVAC, construction products, or industrial manufacturing (preferred).

• Previous experience in a technical lead, architect, or advisory capacity during Kinetic implementations (preferred).

• Proven track record of leading development through design, testing, and go-live stages (preferred).
