This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

• Assist clients in researching and planning vacations tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and financial constraints.

• Conduct research on destinations, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel options.

• Prepare and present travel quotes along with various itinerary alternatives.

• Arrange travel bookings through authorized travel suppliers and booking platforms.

• Communicate effectively with clients throughout the entire booking process—before, during, and after.

• Maintain precise records of client information and reservations.

• Process and keep track of payments, deadlines, and final payment dates.

• Stay updated on supplier promotions, destination news, and travel requirements.

• Engage in available training and professional development opportunities.

• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients.

• Promote and expand your independent travel business.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Proficient in using computers, email, and online platforms.

• Organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.

• Open to completing training and pursuing ongoing learning within the travel industry.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in the travel industry is not required.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.
